Fees & Rebates
What is the cost of a session?
Our standard fee is $200 per 50-minute consultation. For context, this is significantly lower than the Australian Psychological Society’s 2025/2026 recommended rate of $318.
Can I access Medicare rebates?
Yes. If you have a referral from a GP (under the Mental Health Treatment Plan), Psychiatrist, or Paediatrician, you can claim a rebate of $98.65. This is available for up to 10 sessions per calendar year.
Do you offer Bulk-Billing?
We provide limited bulk-billing via Telehealth for eligible clients with a valid Mental Health Treatment Plan. Please contact us to check current availability.
Can I use Private Health Insurance?
Many health funds offer rebates for psychology. Please check with your provider for your specific coverage. Note that you cannot claim both Medicare and Private Health for the same session.
Do you work with NDIS participants?
We currently support NDIS clients who are either Self-Managed or Plan-Managed.
Your Appointments
What happens at the first session?
The initial 50-minute appointment is about understanding your story. Your psychologist will discuss your history, current concerns, and goals for support. You do not need a referral to book an appointment with us.
What if the appointment is for my child?
For children and adolescents, we require parents or carers to attend the initial session to help us develop a comprehensive and effective support plan.
What is the cancellation policy?
We require three business days' notice by phone call to 0483 763 533 (excluding weekends) to cancel or reschedule.
o Cancellations within 48 hours incur a 50% fee.
o Cancellations within 24 hours or non-attendance are charged at the full session rate.
